You have decided to use your friendship with his daughter to enter into Lao's house and learn exam tickets content. But evidently the girl has understood something.. «Your life is in your hands. Life is a play, and the ticket for it is in a Chinese jewelry box», she said laughing and ran away closing the door. In an hour the professor will come home, and all you want is to manage to go away having tickets.

Ease Of Booking :
We played this room in between their Heir to the Throne Room and their City of Ashes Room.
Lobby : There are actually 3 lobbies now - there is one in the basement, and two on the third floor. While stark in nature, they all have seating and are relatively quiet. Quick note - We played games on the 3rd floor today, and it was HOT. Dress accordingly for unexpected heat, otherwise you will be miserable.
Hospitality : We had the same game master for all three games, and she was absolutely lovely. She was kind, chatty, and professional. There is a restroom available in the basement off of the basement lobby - I did not see one on the third floor. There are drinks available for purchase in the basement - I recommend bringing a bottle of water or three to have available after playing.
Time Keeping : We ran into four employees plus a manager during our games today. At this location, there are 8-9 games possible to be run simultaneously. At the times in which we were playing, there were some delays due to the rooms not being fully reset from the group prior that played. While our games started off a bit delayed, they did not affect our game play time in any way.
Briefing Details : This room is a 2 parter - Part 1: Escape the Room Part 2: Find the exam The game master (we had our original game master plus one in training) was pleasant, telling us about how we were bad students and we were trying to cheat. In order to cheat, we were breaking into our teacher's house to find the test, and then we needed to escape!
Operator Intro : Interesting
Our operators (both of them) were friendly, polite, and attentive during our game play.
The Game :
Well thought out, child friendly, and enough going on to keep 3-4 people very busy for the entirety of the game. Good job Komnata!!!
The Venue :
There is a certain level of expectations playing at Komnata facilities (they have rooms all over the world), and this location does not disappoint. Each game is creative, unique, and worth the expense
Main Room - First Glance :
Without giving too much away, this escape room has a heavily Asian set design, even down to the flooring! I was impressed at how immersive and well thought out the game rooms were.
Very Good and coherent flow
This room was designed to be kid friendly, which was something we weren't used to seeing at Komnata. Because of this, the entire game is based on SEARCHING for items. If you have a 7-10 year old, this room is PERFECT for them. With only one or two puzzles needing adult assistance, a child or group of children could have a blast working together to find all of the pieces for each element. The room doesnt have a super-obvious flow to it, and has a slight pyramid component to it, which is surprising from Komnata (but this also adds to the ability for several children to SEARCH for items).
Well thought of. Intriguing
A few lock puzzles, a few puzzles I've never seen before, and ten minutes of word puzzles make this room a unique blend of challenges that require a good group of people who have different skill sets to complete. The puzzles made sense and were a lot of fun to complete.
Hints & Clues : Clues given via walkie talkie
Policy: Strict Policy
Hints & Clues Quality: Three clues, we had to use them once as we solved a puzzle backwards and then had to fix it.
Quality: Good (things made sense)
Closure & Debrief :
We finished both components of this game within 40 minutes (the first aspect in about 33-34 minutes). It was fun, coherent, and a puzzle I could recommending a solid group of 3-4 people (adults + children) to complete. The rooms are big enough and keep everyone busy enough for this to be a great family or double date outing. We left the room and had our photos taken, and on to the next room!!
